They became bound to one another and embarked on a journey that forever changed them both, for the best. IGNTD is their gift to the world, utilizing their expertise of physical and mental health, nutrition, exercise, neuroscience and self-actualization. Their mission is to ignite everyone they work with across every facet of life - relationships, career, and well-being.

arrival day: thursday nov 16

  • 11:00 AM – 03:00 PM - Arrivals from Airport to Resort (Shuttle)
  • 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM - Arrival and Settling - As you arrive to the retreat location you'll be greeted by staff and shown to your room. You'll have a few hours to absorb the beauty and feel like you've truly landed.
  • 06:00 PM – 07:00 PM - Opening Ceremony - Get inspired by your teachers and get ready for the weekend of a lifetime. You'll meet your fellow travelers and new friends. 
  • 07:00 PM – 08:00 PM - Dinner - We will eat locally sourced, mostly plant-based meals that will nourish our bodies and help us prepare for the weekend
  • 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM - Intention Setting Workshop - To get what you want you have to know what you're looking for. This workshop will help you tap into your deepest desires and set the scene for the rest of our time.
  • 08:00 PM – 09:00 PM - Turning down and breathing - We will practice breathing techniques that help activate our parasympathetic nervous system and learn about the body's stress response and arousal mechanisms.

day two: friday, november 17

  • 07:30 AM – 08:00 AM - Morning Meditation - Breath, focus and intention setting will start our day off right and help us check in after the night's sleep
  • 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM - Morning Movement - Each morning we will move our bodies through a yoga flow, mindful hike or walk, high-intensity workout or a challengingsweat.
  • 09:30 AM – 10:30 AM - Breakfast - Our first meal will be filled with nourishing superfoods and nutrients to energize and fuel our day.
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Biofeedback Intro and Sessions - Adi will introduce the tools of biofeedback and teach you about this powerful tool for reducing stress and improving overall wellbeing.
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM - Deep Dive Workshop 
  • 02:00 AM – 03:00 AM - Lunch
  • 03:00 AM – 05:00 PM - Break
  • Enjoy your beautiful surroundings, spend time in your room, or venture out and embark on an adventure. It's your "me" time. You can even book a private massage and lay totally still.
  • 05:00 PM – 07:00 PM - Exploring the Enlightened Coupleship - What is the ultimate relationship? How are we affected by outdated stereotypes and assumptions? How can you take your coupleship to the next level? This workshop will challenge your assumptions and open your mind
  • 07:00 PM – 08:30 PM - Dinner - We'll eat and engage in amazing conversations after a day of self-discovery.
  • 09:00PM – 11:00PM - Stargazing, Biofeeback or Free-Time - A nighttime swim, relaxing biofeedback sessions, or some time to spend alone or with your partner. It's all up to you.

day three: saturday november 18

  • 09:30 AM – 10:30 AM - Breakfast - Our first meal will be filled with nourishing superfoods and nutrients to energize and fuel our day.
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM - Essential Oils
  • 12:00 PM – 02:00 PM - #FuckShame - Shame can be destructive and all encompassing. Adi and Sophie are going to challenge our notions of self-judgment and open our minds to a life free of shame.
  • 02:00 PM – 03:00 PM - Lunch
  • 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM - Sunset hike
  • 05:00 PM – 07:00 PM - Manifesting Your Dreams - Science has shown us that our beliefs are closely tied to our performance. In this workshop, we'll explore what this means for our everyday life and how we can harness this knowledge to make everything we want, possible.
  • 07:00 PM – 08:30 PM - Dinner - Break bread, explore what you've learned, and imagine the possibilities of tomorrow with some new friends
  • 09:00 PM – 11:00 PM - Stargazing, Biofeeback or Free-Time - Relaxing biofeedback sessions, or some time to spend alone or with your partner. It's all up to you.

day four: sunday, november 19

 

  • 07:30 AM – 08:00 AM - Morning Meditation - Breath, focus and intention setting will start our day off right and help us check in after the night's sleep..
  • 08:00 AM – 09:00 AM - Morning Movement - A high intensity, but short workout is sure to wake you up quickly. You'll be happy it's over and proud you've completed the challenge.
  • 09:30 AM – 10:30 PM - Breakfast - Our first meal will be filled with nourishing superfoods and nutrients to energize and fuel our day.
  • 11:00 PM – 12:00 PM - Superfood Tonics - Sophie will teach us how to boost mood and energy levels without coffee! Q+A about superfoods, herbs + adaptagens.
  • 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM - Closing Ceremony - We’ll say our goodbyes with positive vibes by sharing our intentions for the future, our dreams and our lessons. You've made new friends for life and this is the time to respect those new ties.
